RentAlert checks the websites of Barcelona rental agencies and platforms and alerts you to listings that match your search. We are not an estate agency: we don't rent out homes, we charge no commission, and any rental contract is always between you and the advertiser.

Your subscription starts with a 7-day trial for €5. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it automatically becomes a subscription of €20 per month, renewed every month until you cancel. The price and the date of the first full charge are shown before you pay, and you accept them by ticking a box.
One trial per person. We remind you before the trial ends and before every renewal, by WhatsApp or email (or by Telegram if you already get your alerts there).
You can cancel at any time in your account (rentalert.app/account) or, if you get your alerts by Telegram, with the /billing command in the bot. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep access until then and nothing more is charged.
You have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw. If you ask within that period, we refund what you paid minus a proportional amount for the days you already used the service.
On top of that, if we don't send you a single listing matching your search in your first month, write to us and we refund that month.
Landlords and agencies can send us listings at rentalert.app/landlords. We review each listing before it goes live, but we don't inspect the property: never pay a deposit or advance before visiting the home and signing a contract.
The agency plan includes up to 4 listing videos a month, published on RentAlert's YouTube, Instagram and Facebook channels after our review. We may decline a video (for example, because of another site's watermark) and the credit is then returned. We don't guarantee any number of views. Videos on YouTube are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
Listing information comes from third parties and may be incomplete or change. AI-generated summaries are a guide; the original listing is always the source.
