Your rental assistant on WhatsApp
It reads Barcelona's agencies and platforms every hour and messages you only what fits. Watch what else it does in the chat.
Standing on a street you love? Share your location. It searches that district and the ones next door, with your filters.
Works in English and Spanish. No app, no password: we message you first.
Independent agencies list here first — often days before a flat reaches any portal. We read each agency's own site directly and link you straight to their listing page.
Just added: Viver and Lasose. 225 more listings in your searches.
You choose which of these sites your alerts read: “Sites I search” in the bot menu.
Verified = we've confirmed on live pages that prices and sizes extract correctly. The rest are being probed and switched on as they pass.
RentAlert is a matching system. Renters tell us what they need — budget, area, move-in date, stay, job, guarantor, documents — and every listing you publish is matched against it. For each flat you see the renters who fit, pick them, and our WhatsApp bot sends them your listing with your note. Only the interested ones come back to you, with their contact. No commission.

2,632 live right now, almost all temporada contracts of one to eleven months.
Filter by budget, size, district and what it must have.
7,666 and climbing, 240 € to 5,000 €, median 729 €. Every one furnished and rented by the month.
No m² filter here: the size on a room listing belongs to the whole flat, so we leave it out.
No. We don't rent out flats and we take no commission. We watch agency websites and send you straight to their own listing page.
The count above is live. We add agencies one at a time and only after verifying we read their listings correctly. Portals like Idealista are deliberately excluded.
We scan every hour, night included, and message you on the next pass after a listing appears.
Then cancel in one tap in the chat. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
Any time, in the WhatsApp chat. The bot re-checks everything we already hold in seconds, so a new budget or district shows results right away.

Your search, as we understood it
If something can't be filtered yet, we say so — nothing is silently ignored.
Agencies answer complete profiles first. We use your answers to write your first message to each agency — in Spanish.
This is what the agency receives when you tap Contact on a listing — written from your answers, with your renter profile attached.
